Tuesday's Around a Living Room

Last night was our very last home group with this crew. We’ve been meeting for two years now. Opening books, rotating living rooms and asking questions. There have been job changes, moving boxes, and five babies brought into the world in those two years. That’s a lot of life that happened.

I’m thankful I got to be a part of something sacred like this. It’s been real, and sometimes hard, and ultimately strengthening for my faith in the Church. Community can be messy, but it is so good, so necessary for growth.

I’m going to miss Tuesday nights with these faces packed around a room. I’m hangin’ on to this moment as a reminder for whatever comes next. Show up, bring your honest self, and see what happens.
